Kristina Wolf is the founder of Wise Wolf Education + Advocacy, where she combines professional expertise with lived experience to support students and the families who advocate for them. Kristina has a Masters in Education from William & Mary, is a licensed pk-6 teacher in VA, and is Orton-Gillingham trained to work effectively with the most challenged developing readers. 

As both an educator and a parent of a child with special needs, she understands firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to watch your child struggle- and how complex and emotional it is to navigate school systems, supports, and services. 

Through her work in education and her own journey as a parent, she saw a pattern: bright, capable children struggling across subjects, and families working tirelessly to get the help their child truly needs- often without clear guidance or support. 

That’s what led her to create Wise Wolf.

Kristina Wolf provides personalized tutoring across subjects, with a strong foundation in reading and academic skill building. Her approach goes beyond academics- focusing on building confidence, developing effective learning strategies, and helping students feel capable and understood. 

Alongside tutoring, she offers thoughtful, informed advocacy- guiding families through 504 plans, IEPs, and school meetings with both professional knowledge and genuine empathy.

She believes every child deserves to feel successful, every parent deserves to feel heard, and no family should have to navigate this journey alone.
